The entire flat moving out or moving on?
When you’re moving flat, get the primary card holder to log into flybuys.co.nz and update your details with your new flat address. Then we’ll know where to send your rewards!
If the whole flat is splitting up, why not use your points for a last hurrah with your flatties? You can:
Leaving a Flat?
If you’re moving out, you need to keep your awesome pink Fly Buys card. Give us a call on 0800 FLY BUYS and we can set up your own account, or if the new flat you are moving into already has a Fly Buys account set up, we can add you onto their account. Easy!
The primary card holder leaving the flat?
The person who set up the Fly Buys account initially is the primary card holder (a.k.a head honcho). If they leave the flat give us a call on 0800 FLY BUYS and we can make someone else in the flat the boss. Just make sure the primary card holder contacts us to get it sorted.
